Once your account has reached insufficient balance state that can covers your usage the system automatically proceed on Account Suspension and send you Account Suspension Notification email urging you to take the appropriate action to save your resources operational and avoid systematic shutdown for them after 3 days of this notification date.

Noting that the system already sent you multiple Low Credit Notification emails to account's owner registered email and also send them to team emails who has assigned billing permission warning you all about your low credit.
